ePrint Direct

ePrint decided to use the embedded component of CrossCompass as their advanced reporting solution offered to their print room customers.

ePrint had already developed their own reporting solution within their main print-room product but decided to add that extra level of richness and flexibility that comes with CrossCompass.

CrossCompass enabled ePrint to offer various levels of reporting capabilities ranging from simple data extraction right up to full report design and report deployment capabilities

Also important to the print-room customers is the ability to have bespoke reports and processes developed to their own particular requirements and for these elements to be available within the same system.

Again CrossCompass enables the development of bespoke reports to be executed from within it's screens alongside any reports designed by the users in the first place.
